Storytelling is an experience grounded in sharing.

When we strategize solutions, we want our clients to draw upon their own transformative experiences to inform concepts, set goals, and ultimately drive successful campaigns. That’s really what branding is all about: sharing stories of the moments, flavors, and people that influence our ever-winding journeys.

Fare Routes was founded to help brands tell stories through compelling content creation. As publishers, creators, and media specialists, our team is nimble, and keenly attuned to what styles of content yield the best engagement, building strong communities of brand loyalists.

Meet the Founder

Mallory Scyphers is a strategic thinker and problem solver with a knack for thoughtful branding. She received her BFA from Auburn University (War Eagle!) in graphic design, and utilized her art foundation to climb the career ladder. Since 2010, she has worked at ad agencies, in-house creative departments, higher education, and non-profit institutions, and most notably led the editorial teams as creative director for both The Improper Bostonian magazine and Culture magazine, eventually becoming executive content director of Culture media.

A wearer of many hats, she expanded her skillset beyond graphic design, becoming an expert in all aspects of publishing from budgets to bookbinding, and everywhere in between.

She lives on the lower Alabama Gulf Coast with her husband, two young daughters, one rambunctious golden retriever, two loyal cats, and seven backyard chickens.
